Can anyone confirm that I can drive in from the A5, then the C513 to the lower car park, then can cycle this trail?

It was only the next day when I saw the entry on the website here. Certainly no rail trail or bike signage at the Liffey Falls car park apart from a sign with a bicycle symbol saying “Route 7” that we had no idea what it refers to. We drove in from the Liffey side but the main car park can also be arrived from the A5 which connects to Deloraine and is an easier and shorter drive apart from the road down to the car park itself which is twisty and narrow.
Would definitely have ridden from the lower car park if we had known it was a rideable track and saved ourselves the 20km drive. We assume it starts from the campground we saw a sign post to.
